Purchase Options

BIY Co. Intl offers both one‑time purchases and subscription purchases for select products.

One‑Time Purchases

One‑time purchases are charged immediately at checkout. These orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Subscription Purchases

Subscription purchases provide recurring delivery at the selected interval. By subscribing, you authorize BIY Co. Intl to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal.

Subscription benefits may include:

  • discounted pricing

  • priority restocking

  • exclusive offers

Subscription terms will be displayed at checkout.


Accepted Payment Methods

BIY Co. Intl accepts the following secure payment methods:

  • Shop Pay

  • Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm)

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Venmo

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Apple Pay is not supported.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.


Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay Installments allow eligible customers to split their purchase into multiple payments while receiving their order immediately. Approval and payment terms are managed by Affirm, the financing partner for Shop Pay Installments.

Please note:

  • Installment orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun

  • Refunds for installment orders follow our standard Refund Policy

  • Financing questions must be directed to Affirm


Cancellation Policy

One‑Time Orders

One‑time orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing. Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. If a renewal has already processed, that order cannot be canceled.

First‑Order Subscription Cancellations

To prevent misuse of subscription discounts, subscriptions cannot be canceled until the first order has shipped. You may cancel before the next renewal after receiving your first order.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, BIY Co. Intl may attempt to re‑process the payment. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or canceled.


Modifying Your Subscription

Customers may update:

  • delivery frequency

  • product selection

  • payment method

  • shipping address

Changes must be made before the next renewal date.
