At BIY Co. Intl, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and premium delivery experience for all customers.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 8–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Local Pickup (Cedar Hill / DeSoto Area)

Local customers may choose free local pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.

Pickup availability:

• By appointment only

• You will receive the exact pickup window via email

• A valid order confirmation is required at pickup

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. BIY Co. Intl is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, BIY Co. Intl is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, BIY Co. Intl ships within the United States only.

Pop‑Up Events

BIY Co. Intl also offers in‑person pickup at select pop‑up events throughout the year. If you choose this option at checkout, your order will be prepared for pickup at the next scheduled event.

Pop‑up details:

• Pop‑up availability varies by date and location

• You will receive an email with the event schedule and pickup instructions

• Orders must be confirmed before the event to ensure availability
