Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refund requests within 21 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The tamper seal must be fully intact and unbroken.

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Non‑returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened grooming products

  • Items with a broken or removed tamper seal

  • Used items

  • Final‑sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
